Opleidingsplek tot Verpleegkundig Specialist Ben je hbo-verpleegkundige en wil je je professionele horizon verbreden en werk je minimaal al 2 jaar binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg? Wil je als regiebehandelaar aan de slag en je steentje bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van de verpleegkundige zorg en behandeling in de GGZ? Dan is de opleiding tot Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ (VS ggz) bij Altrecht de volgende stap in jouw loopbaan! Wat ga je doen? Tijdens deze driejarige praktijkgerichte opleiding werk je als verpleegkundige in opleiding tot specialist in opleiding (VIOS) midden in de dynamiek van de specialistische GGZ. Je bent als VIOS actief en lerende in de rol van regiebehandelaar en als medebehandelaar binnen het behandelteam.Naast directe patiëntenzorg werk je aan bredere thema's binnen de verpleegkundige praktijk. Denk aan het opzetten en uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en innovatieprojecten, het geven van consultatie en coaching aan collega's, en het doen van praktijkgericht onderzoek. Zo lever je al tijdens je opleiding een zichtbare bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de zorg. Je krijgt begeleiding en supervisie van de VS-opleiders binnen Altrecht. Elk jaar wissel je van praktijkleerplek, waardoor je verschillende doelgroepen en werkomgevingen leert kennen. Het theoretische deel van de opleiding volg je bij GGZ-VS in Utrecht. Je hebt wekelijks les, één dag per week. Zo koppel je actuele kennis direct aan jouw werkpraktijk.
