Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het indiceren, diagnosticeren en behandelen van bewoners met psychiatrische problematiek? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Waar ga je werken? Woonzorgcentrum Op de Laan is een kleinschalig en vriendelijk huis aan de Laan van Meerdervoort, in het prachtige Haagse Zeeheldenkwartier. Hier wonen mensen met diverse zorgvragen, van somatische en psychogeriatrische problematiek tot voornamelijk GGZ-gerelateerde problematiek. De zorgvraag van onze bewoners is de afgelopen jaren toegenomen in complexiteit, waarbij psychiatrie een steeds grotere rol speelt. Om onze bewoners de best mogelijke zorg te bieden, zoeken wij een deskundig Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ die een belangrijke rol speelt in de behandeling en begeleiding van deze doelgroep. Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ bij Op de Laan heb je een brede en verantwoordelijke rol. Je bent regiebehandelaar en werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden aan onze bewoners. - In samenwerking met Parnassia stel je diagnoses en voer je behandelingen uit bij bewoners met psychiatrische problematiek, zoals depressies, angststoornissen, psychotische stoornissen en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen. Je creëert stabiliteit door effectieve behandelingen en betrokkenheid van naasten, externe instanties en verwijzers. - Je beoordeelt nieuwe aanmeldingen en voert intakes uit. - Je zet zowel farmacotherapeutische als non-farmacotherapeutische behandelmethoden in en monitort de bijwerkingen van medicatie. - Je hebt samen met de kwaliteitsverpleegkundige een belangrijke rol in het coache...
