Als Verpleegkundig Specialist in de Algemene Gezondheidszorg (AGZ) combineer jij verpleegkundige expertise met medische kennis en neem je zowel diagnostische als behandelende taken op je. Jij bent de schakel tussen verpleegkundige en medische zorg. Binnen een multidisciplinair team vervul je een zelfstandige rol in de preventie, diagnostiek, behandeling en nazorg van patiënten met acute en chronische aandoeningen. Als Verpleegkundig Specialist AGZ werk je nauw samen met artsen en andere zorgprofessionals aan hoogwaardige patiëntenzorg, en draag je actief bij aan zorginnovaties en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen de instelling. Je functioneert autonoom binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied, stelt zelfstandig diagnoses en schrijft binnen je bevoegdheid medicatie voor. Deze functie biedt volop ruimte om je verder te specialiseren, bijvoorbeeld in diabeteszorg, wondzorg of geriatrie, en om een leidende rol te vervullen in het coördineren en verbeteren van zorgprocessen binnen de algemene gezondheidszorg. Jouw competenties Zo ben jij - Je bent een gediplomeerd Verpleegkundig Specialist AGZ, of je rondt deze opleiding binnenkort af. - Je beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie. - Aanvullende certificeringen in bijvoorbeeld diabeteszorg, wondzorg of geriatrie zijn een pre. - Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van medische diagnostiek en behandeling binnen de AGZ en ervaring met het interpreteren van onderzoeksresultaten. - Je bent bekwaam in het opstellen en uitvoeren van zorgplannen voor complexe patiënten en hebt basiskennis van ICT en het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD).
