Voor een grote zorgorganisatie in de regio Julianadorp zoeken wij een daadkrachtige verpleegkundig specialist die een belangrijke bijdrage wil leveren aan de GGZ kind- en jeugd poliklinieken, zodat cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en psychische klachten kunnen rekenen op hoogwaardige medisch-psychiatrische zorg. Wat ga je doen als Verpleegkundig Specialist? Binnen deze functie voer je medische en specialistisch verpleegkundige taken uit binnen je bevoegdheden en werk je nauw samen met gedragswetenschappers, orthopedagogen-generalist, (GZ-)psychologen, een psychiater, vaktherapeuten en artsen VG. Je bent zelfstandig behandelaar en verleent geprotocolleerde medisch-psychiatrische zorg aan cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en psychische klachten of psychiatrische stoornissen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integraliteit van het behandelproces en coördineert de zorgverlening, waarbij je multidisciplinair werkt en bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit van verpleegkundige en medisch-psychiatrische zorg. Je handelt volgens de normen van de beroepsgroep, de WGBO, de WZD en de professionele standaard, en krijgt ruimte om zorg te ontwikkelen en jezelf verder te ontplooien.
