Antes zoekt voor het Expertisecentrum Neuropsychiatrie en Niet Aangeboren Hersenletsel (NAH)in Rotterdam een Verpleegkundig Specialist. Ben jij een VS die zijn/haar kennis wilt verbreden binnen de psychiatrie maar je somatische kennisook wilt onderhouden? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Dit ga je doenJe komt te werken in een gedreven, enthousiast en vriendelijk multidisciplinair behandelteam,waarin je samenwerkt met de psychiater en klinisch geriater. Het team is volledig bezet en bestaatuit onder andere een neuroloog, een klinisch- en een GZ-psycholoog, twee artsen plus veleparamedici, zoals fysiotherapie, ergotherapie, logopedie, muziektherapeut en een beeldendtherapeut. In dit klinische behandelcentrum werken we middels psychiatrische behandeling en revalidatie aanherstel voor 30 cliënten met cerebrale aandoeningen van CVA's tot neuro-Behçet met daarnaasteen grote verscheidenheid aan psychiatrische - of gedragsproblemen. De werkzaamheden: uitvoeren van medische en somatische zorg;l aansturen van het individuele zorgverleningsproces;l herstelgericht werken met cliënten met complexe problematiek;l opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van behandelplannen, samen met cliënten en het team.l Dit ben jij een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundig specialist met een geldige BIG-registratie;l ervaring met, affiniteit met of interesse in neuropsychiatrie;l uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en patiëntgerichte benadering.lOm in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)vereist.Het natrekken van referenties en het controleren van diploma's maken onderdeel uit van desollicitatieprocedure.Wij bieden een gevarieerde en zinvolle baan in een professionele en fijne werkomgeving waar jouw inbreng wordt gewaardeerd; l een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband voor 16-36 uur per week;l een salaris tussen de ?4315,- en ?6569,- bruto per maand (FWG 64/65), op basis van...
