Of ben je een ervaren verpleegkundige en klaar voor de volgende stap: de opleiding tot Verpleegkundig Specialist AGZ? Wij zoeken bij voorkeur een gediplomeerd Verpleegkundig Specialist Algemene Gezondheidszorg (VS AGZ) met affiniteit voor de verstandelijk gehandicaptenzorg. Tegelijkertijd investeren we graag in de toekomst. Daarom staan we ook open voor een kandidaat die de tweejarige opleiding tot Verpleegkundig Specialist nog gaat volgen. Als VS AGZ combineer je verpleegkundige en medische expertise. Je bent zelfstandig behandelaar en speelt een belangrijke rol in de diagnostiek, behandeling, coördinatie en verdere ontwikkeling van de medische en verpleegkundige zorg binnen onze organisatie. Dit ga je doen Als verpleegkundig specialist AGZ behandel je cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en uiteenlopende lichamelijke gezondheidsproblemen. Vaak is sprake van complexe of chronische problematiek, multimorbiditeit en zorgvragen die niet altijd eenvoudig te herkennen of te duiden zijn. Je werkt vanuit een brede klinische blik en verbindt medische en verpleegkundige behandeling met het dagelijks functioneren en de kwaliteit van leven van de cliënt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - afnemen van (hetero)anamnese; - uitvoeren van lichamelijk onderzoek en aanvullende diagnostiek; - opstellen van een differentiaaldiagnose; - zelfstandig indiceren, uitvoeren en evalueren van medische en verpleegkundige behandelingen; - voorschrijven van medicatie binnen jouw deskundigheidsgebied; - aanvragen en beoordelen van aanvullend onderzoek; - behandelen van acute, chronische en complexe lichamelijke aandoeningen; - preventie en vroegsignalering van gezondheidsproblemen; - bieden van behandeling en begeleiding ...
