Dit ga je doen Op de Open Opname Kliniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor crisisinterventie, observatie, diagnostiek en kortdurende behandeling van volwassenen die tijdelijk een psychiatrische opname nodig hebben om hun crisissituatie te doorbreken. Je werkt met een diverse en complexe doelgroep binnen een hecht, multidisciplinair team van artsen, psychiaters, verpleegkundigen en social workers. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Depressie Kliniek en poliklinische behandelteams, die zich in hetzelfde pand bevinden. Je werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig en bieden een balans tussen zelfstandigheid en samenwerking. Je voert diagnostiek en behandelingen uit binnen je eigen caseload en biedt expertise en ondersteuning aan zowel collega's als externe partners. Door kennis te delen en creatief buiten de gebaande paden te denken, draag je actief bij aan de optimale zorg voor cliënten. Daarnaast bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit: - het meedenken met en geven van sturing aan het beleid van de afdeling en het verbeteren van behandelingen; - het inspireren en coachen van je collega's; - het investeren in je eigen ontwikkeling, bijvoorbeeld door het volgen van cursussen. We vullen elkaar aan en kunnen direct met elkaar schakelen Senaida Husaric, begeleider, en Igmar Poulina, psychiater, geven een inkijkje in het dagelijkse werk, de bijzondere dynamiek op de afdeling en hoe een compac...
