Brijder en PsyQ zoeken voor locatie Leiden een verpleegkundig specialist. Wil jij je inzetten als verpleegkundig specialist bij Brijder in de behandeling van uitdagendepsychiatrische en somatische problematiek? Lees dan verder. Dit ga je doenOp onze vestiging, op loopafstand van station Leiden Centraal, behandelen we zowelverslavingsproblematiek als veel voorkomende psychische klachten. We werken zowel poliklinischals outreachend als dat nodig en passend is. Het is mogelijk je werkzaamheden te combineren metwerkzaamheden bij PsyQ. De teams van zowel Brijder Verslavingszorg als PsyQ zijn allroundmultidisciplinaire teams met ervaren, enthousiaste en bevlogen collega's. Je werkt nauw samen inhet sub team van systeemtherapeuten en een ervaren PVO/PPO collega. De werkzaamheden: bij Brijder zie je als verpleegkundig specialist cliënten van alle leeftijden met lichte tot ernstige verslavingen en bijkomende problematiek; l je bent verantwoordelijk voor de intake, behandeling, somatische screening en medicatie;l je bekijkt elke cliënt met een frisse blik en met oog voor de leefomgeving, ook ben je als regiebehandelaar eindverantwoordelijk voor een behandeltraject. l Dit ben jij heb je een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundig specialist en een BIG-registratie;l ben je niet snel van je stuk gebracht en trek je aan de bel wanneer je ondersteuning nodig hebt. l Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)vereist.Het natrekken van referenties en het controleren van diploma's maken onderdeel uit van desollicitatieprocedure.Wij biedenWij bieden onze collega's gevarieerd en zinvol werk in een professionele en prettigewerkomgeving.
