Je werkt zelfstandig binnen het behandelteam en stemt nauw af met cardiologen, verpleegkundigen en andere betrokken zorgprofessionals. Daarbij houd je overzicht over het behandeltraject en zorg je dat medische en verpleegkundige zorg goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de klacht, maar ook naar de mens erachter. Door goed te luisteren, helder uit te leggen en ruimte te geven aan vragen, combineer je deskundige zorg met oprechte aandacht. Je komt te werken binnen het Hart Long Centrum van ZGT en op de verpleegafdeling cardiologie. Hier werken cardiologen en longartsen nauw samen om patiënten met hart- en longaandoeningen de best passende zorg te bieden. De korte lijnen tussen de verschillende disciplines zorgen voor een werkomgeving waarin samenwerking vanzelfsprekend is en je samen kijkt naar wat een patiënt nodig heeft. Naast de directe patiëntenzorg draag je bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering, deskundigheidsbevordering en het optimaliseren van zorgprocessen. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten, initiatief te nemen en mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg. Zo bouw je samen met je collega's aan de cardiologische zorg van morgen. - Je hebt de opleiding Master Advanced Nursing Practice (MANP) afgerond en bent BIG-geregistreerd. - Ervaring binnen de cardiologie is een pré. - Je beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega's uit verschillende disciplines. - Je kunt goed prioriteren, je eigen grenzen bewaken en voelt j...
