Antes zoekt voor Intensieve Behandeling Thuis een verpleegkundig specialist.Je komt te werken in het team Intensieve Behandeling Thuis Noord Oost met eenuiteenlopend werkgebied bestaande uit o.a. Kralingen, Crooswijk, Prinsenland,Ommoord, Zevenkamp en Krimpen.Binnen het team behandelen we een uiterst diverse doelgroep voor maximaal 6 weken.Je komt op veel verschillende plekken, waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Er is een positieveen betrokken werksfeer waarin veel waarde wordt gehecht aan kwaliteit ensamenwerking. Dit ga je doenHet team bestaat uit bevlogen collega's met verschillende disciplines zoalsverpleegkundigen, agogen en een psychiater. Als regiebehandelaar werk je binnenkantoortijden in een ambulante setting waarbij je cliënten zowel thuis als op locatie ziet.De werkzaamheden:als verpleegkundig specialist GGZ binnen het IBT ben jij de deskundige op het gebiedvan verpleegkundige- en medische diagnostiek, behandeling en begeleiding; • samen met de psychiater ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen van acute,complexe hulpvragen en het uitzetten van de juiste kortdurende crisisbehandeling in eengedeelde caseload; • je werkt in een multidisciplinair ambulant crisisteam dat korte lijnen heeft met andereteams en afdelingen binnen de organisatie. • Dit ben jijje hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundig specialist ggz en bent BIG-geregistreerd; • je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met patiënten in acute crisissituaties en complexepsychiatrische problematiek; • je bent zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in een teamgerichte omgeving waarbetrokkenheid voorop staat; • je bent flexibel, past je makkelijk aan in onverwachte en stressvolle situaties en bedenktcreatieve oplossingen. • Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functi...
