Bij Amacura Jeugd zijn wij op zoek naar een Verpleegkundig Specialist die ons team wil komen versterken voor 24-36 uur per week. Wie zijn wij? Amacura Jeugd is een vooruitstrevend en multidisciplinair samenwerkingsverband van ervaren professionals op het gebied van geestelijke gezondheidszorg. We zijn een tweedelijns instelling voor kinderen die ambulante zorg biedt. Naast reguliere GGZ zorg behandelen we ook cliënten met aan obesitas gerelateerde eetstoornissen en cliënten met dyslexie. Het is onze doelstelling om de best mogelijke zorg snel en adequaat te verlenen. De hulpvraag van de cliënt en de verwachting zijn hierbij het uitgangspunt. Onze vestiging is gelegen in Geleen (Zuid-Limburg). Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ ben je zelfstandig behandelaar binnen je eigen deskundigheidsgebied. Je combineert verpleegkundige expertise met medisch-psychiatrisch handelen en hebt een belangrijke rol binnen onze multidisciplinaire teams. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - uitvoeren van intakes en psychiatrisch onderzoek; - indiceren en opstellen van behandelplannen, samen met de jeugdige en ouders; - uitvoeren en coördineren van behandeling; - voorschrijven, eval...
