Dan maken wegraag kennis met jou! Dit ga je doenOp onze locatie aan de Max Euwelaan in Rotterdam-Kralingen bieden wijgespecialiseerde zorg aan mensen met een bipolaire stoornis. We bieden diagnostiek enstabiliserende behandelingen, met veel aandacht voor het vergroten van dezelfredzaamheid en het behouden van stabiliteit. Het behandelaanbod varieert vandeeltijdbehandeling en medicatiecontroles tot psychologische behandelingen zoals CGTen IPT.Als verpleegkundig specialist speel je een belangrijke rol binnen de diagnostiek enbehandeling. Je stelt diagnoses, maakt behandelplannen en coördineert de medisch-psychiatrische zorg. Daarnaast schrijf je medicatie voor volgens de geldende richtlijnenen verzorg je de bijbehorende controles. Ook krijg je volop ruimte om jouw expertise in tezetten en mee te denken over het behandelbeleid en zorginnovaties.Je werkt in een hecht, multidisciplinair team van psychiaters, psychologen, SPV'ers,verpleegkundig specialisten en ANIOS'en. Professionaliteit, vertrouwen en respect voorelkaars expertise staan hierbij centraal. Dit ben jijeen afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundig specialist en een geldige BIG-registratie; •zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af en tegelijkertijd zoek je graag de samenwerking opmet collega's; • affiniteit met en/of ervaring in het behandelen en begeleiden van patiënten met bipolairestemmingsstoornissen; • goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om adequaat te handelenbij dreigende crisissituaties; • je denkt graag mee over casuïstiek, deelt jouw kennis en staat open voor advies enfeedback van collega's. • Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring OmtrentGedrag (VOG) vereist.
