Verpleegkundig specialist Mentale Gezondheidsnetwerken Wij zoeken verpleegkundig specialisten die pionieren in het opgezette Mentaal Gezondheidsnetwerken met de mogelijkheid van een vaste aanstelling. Dit ga je doen Momenteel bevindt ons samenwerkingsverband 'Mentaal Gezondheidsnetwerken' zich in een opstartende fase. Als regiebehandelaar werk je vanuit onze diverse labels: Brijder, PsyQ en Indigo. Voor deze functie ben je 4-8 uur per week beschikbaar voor de mentale gezondheidsnetwerken, naast je werkzaamheden binnen de eerder genoemde labels." Bij de Mentale Gezondheidscentra voer je verkennende gesprekken met cliënten van de huisarts. Vanuit jouw expertise denk je mee over zinnige en passende zorg. De hulpvraag is het vertrekpunt. Je zet het netwerk van de cliënt in en vormt het actieplan met hen samen. Intussen voer je kortdurend generalistische en kortdurend specialistische behandelingen uit. Door jouw kennis en expertise als regiebehandelaar op deze manier optimaal in te zetten voorkomen we niet alleen onnodige instroom in de GGZ, maar kun jij je ook richten op het behandelen van cliënten die onze zorg het hardste nodig hebben. Een mooie kans dus om de regie te pakken en bij te dragen aan het terugdringen van de wachtlijsten in de GGZ. Werk samen in een gedreven en gezellig team bestaande uit collega's van binnen én buiten de ggz. Dit ben jij - BIG geregistreerd Verpleegkundig specialist; - je bent nieuwsgierig en durft je vaste werk met pionieren te combineren; - je kunt focussen op de hulpvraag en werken vanuit de herstelgedachte. Wij bieden - gevarieerd en zinvol werk met volop ruimte voor ontplooiing; - een professionele en informele werkomgeving; - een goed pakket aan arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao ggz; - werkweek van 16-36 uur met veel ruimte voor zelfstandige invulling; - meewerken aan nieuwe teamvorming; - salaris bedraagt FWG 64/65 (€4315,- tot €6569,-) bruto per maand op basis van een werkweek van 36 uur.
