Locatie Amsterdam Wil jij als Verpleegkundig Specialist hoogwaardige zorg bieden én bijdragen aan het doorbreken van het taboe rondom proctologische klachten? Bij Proctos Kliniek behandelen we patiënten met persoonlijke aandacht en een multidisciplinaire aanpak. Je werkt nauw samen met een enthousiast team van chirurgen, psychologen, continentieverpleegkundigen, een bekkenfysiotherapeut, MDL-arts en dermatoloog. Samen gaan we voor het best mogelijke resultaat voor iedere patiënt. Wil jij jouw expertise inzetten binnen een gespecialiseerde kliniek waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en persoonlijke zorg centraal staan? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Solliciteer als Verpleegkundig Specialist bij Proctos Kliniek. WIE BEN JE? Je bent een gediplomeerd Verpleegkundig Specialist (WO) , BIG-geregistreerd en opgenomen in het kwaliteitsregister van V&VN. Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig onderzoeken en diagnosticeren van patiënten en betrekt hen actief bij de keuze voor een passende behandeling en leefstijladviezen. Je bent nieuwsgierig en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen. Zo sta je ervoor open je verder te bekwamen in specialistische diagnostiek en behandelingen, zoals proctoscopie, endo-anale en transperineale echografie, rubberbandligatie en sclerotherapie . Bovenal heb je oog voor de mens achter de klacht. De patiënt staat voor jou centraal en je zoekt altijd naar manieren om de zorg nóg beter te maken. WAT GA JE DOEN? Dit is een nieuwe functie binnen Proctos Kliniek, waarin jij centraal staat . We hebben de kaders, maar de verdere invulling, die bepalen we graag samen met jou. Jouw ervaring, ideeën en ambities vormen mede de basis voor hoe deze rol zich verder ontwikkelt. Je bent casemanager van je eigen patiënten en krijgt veel ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om de zorg verder te verbeteren. Daarbij combineer je directe patiëntenzorg met het ontwikkelen van onder andere begeleiding rondom ontlastingsregulatie, leefstijl en postop...
