Voor FACT Steenwijk zijn wij op zoek naar een verpleegkundig specialist voor 24 uur per week . Er is bovendien de mogelijkheid om het aantal uren uit te breiden, aangezien meerdere teams binnen dezelfde locatie werkzaam zijn. Hierdoor zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden om de functie en uren verder uit te breiden indien gewenst. Het team Het FACT-team behandelt en begeleidt mensen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening, vaak in combinatie met uitdagingen op andere levensgebieden zoals wonen, werken, financiën en sociale contacten. De behandeling en begeleiding vindt zoveel mogelijk plaats in de eigen omgeving van de cliënt. FACT Steenwijk is een hecht team met veel ervaring en kennis, dat ook houdt van gezelligheid en humor. Binnen het team werken verschillende hulpverleners nauw met elkaar samen: een psychiater, psycholoog, verpleegkundig specialist, psychomotorisch therapeut, social worker, (sociaal-)psychiatrisch verpleegkundigen, een ervaringsdeskundige en een trajectbegeleider/IPS-coach. We werken in de Kop van Overijssel met de gemeentes Steenwijkerland, Zwartewaterland en Staphorst. Ons pand aan De Vesting huisvest FACT, ZP en Mindfit op slechts 3 minuten lopen vanaf het station in Steenwijk. Korte lijnen, gewoon even bij elkaar binnenlopen en meedenken - zo werken we graag.
