Interex Professionals Verpleegkundig specialist FACT team detachering In het kort Volledige opdracht Elke ochtend begint het wijkteam met een overleg bij het digibord. Er worden dan cliënten besproken die direct aandacht nodig hebben. Na deze bespreking werkt het team verder aan de zorg voor de cliënten in goede onderlinge samenwerking. Jij als verpleegkundig specialist GZ deelt je eigen werkweek in en beslist samen met de cliënt wanneer je iemand ziet. Dit kan op de locatie in Alphen aan den Rijn zijn, maar ook bij de cliënt thuis. Naast je eigen caseload ben je ook regiebehandelaar van een aantal cliënten. Je bent zelfstandig in staat om een diagnose te stellen, waarna je ook… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundig specialist GGZ - Je bent BIG-geregistreerd - Je hebt een AGB code of kunt deze aanvragen - Ervaring met het verrichten van wetenschappelijk onderzoek - Kennis op het gebied van behandel theorieën en verloop van ziekteprocessen - Kennis van protocollen, richtlijnen en GGZ-standaarden.
