Je combineert verpleegkundige en medische expertise en bent betrokken bij crisisbeoordelingen, huisbezoeken en behandelingen binnen de thuissituatie. Je voert opnamegesprekken, stelt behandelbeleid op en voert zowel individuele-, systeem- als groepsbehandelingen uit. Daarnaast voer je risicotaxaties uit, onderhoud je contacten met naasten en ketenpartners en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan innovatie en verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg. Je werkt binnen een dynamische omgeving waarin snel schakelen, samenwerken en herstelgericht werken essentieel zijn. Over de organisatie Je komt via Corparis te werken bij een innovatieve organisatie binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg in Noord-Holland. Je gaat aan de slag binnen een ervaren multidisciplinair Intensive Home Treatment (IHT)-team, dat zich richt op het voorkomen of verkorten van klinische opnames en het bieden van kortdurende crisisbehandeling. Binnen het team werk je nauw samen met onder andere psychiaters, ANIOS, sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundigen, maatschappelijk werkers en vaktherapeuten. Samenwerking, ontwikkeling en hoogwaardige cliëntenzorg staan centraal. De eisen aan de baan Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ. Je bent BIG-geregistreerd en geregistreerd in het register van de V&VN. Je hebt affiniteit met crisiszorg en complexe psychiatrische problematiek.
