Verpleegkundig specialist ggz zzp - Verpleegkundig specialist ggz - zzp Regie, behandeling en crisishulp wisselen elkaar af in jouw interim-werk als verpleegkundig specialist ggz, dicht bij cliënten en hun omgeving. Jouw nieuwe baan Binnen deze zzp-opdracht werk je als verpleegkundig specialist ggz zelfstandig én vanuit een shared caseload. Samen met psychiaters, psychologen en SPV'ers beoordeel je wat een cliënt nodig heeft, ook wanneer de situatie snel verandert. Je voert intakes uit, behandelt en begeleidt cliënten en hun systemen en stelt haalbare behandelplannen op. Dat doe je op locatie, outreachend en tijdens huisbezoeken. Bij crisissituaties handel je wanneer dat nodig is. Medicatieconsulten voer je uit binnen jouw bevoegdheid. Bij complexe trajecten neem je het regiebehandelaarschap op je. Ook coach je collega's bij inhoudelijke afstemming en draag je vanuit de praktijk bij aan innovatie, onderzoek en scholing. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Korte lijnen, open overleg en betrokken collega's bepalen de sfeer in dit team. Je werkt met professionals die gewend zijn om elkaar snel te vinden en samen verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Als verpleegkundig specialist ggz werk je op interim-basis met een brede doelgroep: van jonge kinderen tot volwassenen. De hulpvragen zijn complex en vragen om zorgvuldig kijken, goed luisteren en duidelijke keuzes maken. Tegelijk is er veel aandacht voor ontwikkelmogelijkheden bij cliënten en hun systeem. Het team werkt op meerdere locaties en is actief bezig met zorginnovatie, wetenschappelijk onderzoek en scholing.
