Je werkt in een hoog gestructureerde, klinisch-forensische setting waar behandeling en veiligheid continu in balans zijn. Als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ lever je een directe bijdrage aan het terugdringen van delictgevaar en het vergroten van perspectief voor patiënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Een functie met impact, binnen een omgeving waar maatwerk de norm is en standaardoplossingen niet bestaan. Als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ binnen de Oostvaarderskliniek werk je met een intensieve en complexe forensische doelgroep. De patiëntenpopulatie kenmerkt zich door een combinatie van ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen en een justitiële voorgeschiedenis. Daarbij gaat het vaak om verweven problematiek zoals psychotische stoornissen, persoonlijkheidsstoornissen, verslavingsproblematiek, trauma en gedragsproblematiek die risico op recidive verhogen. In jouw rol als behandelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor de psychiatrisch-verpleegkundige diagnostiek, farmacotherapeutische behandeling en draag je bij aan de uitvoering en evaluatie van de behandelplannen. Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team met psychiaters, psychologen, sociotherapeuten, casemanagers en andere behandelaren. Samen met de psychiater geef je vorm aan het farmacotherapeutische beleid en verder draag je bij aan een consistent behandelklimaat waarin structuur, begrenzing en therapeutische relatie hand in hand gaan.
