Je werkt binnen een team dat volwassenen ondersteunt die na een intensief behandeltraject toe zijn aan meer zelfstandigheid en herstel. Als regiebehandelaar begeleid je cliënten vanuit een eigen caseload. Je: - stelt behandelplannen op en bespreekt deze met cliënten; - schrijft medicatie voor en bewaakt bijwerkingen, lab-controles en somatische screening; - geeft inhoudelijke richting aan het verpleegkundige team; - werkt nauw samen met FACT-teams en andere GGZ-professionals; - stimuleert eigen regie en ondersteunt cliënten bij duurzaam herstel. Functie eisen: Wat breng je mee? - Je bent BIG-geregistreerd als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ. - Je hebt een open, nieuwsgierige en herstelgerichte houding. - Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende rollen en situaties. - Je durft buiten de gebaande paden te denken wanneer een cliënt daarbij gebaat is. - Je kunt een geldige VOG overleggen. Over de organisatie: Onze opdrachtgever is een gespecialiseerd onderdeel van een grote organisatie en biedt behandeling, begeleiding en zorg aan volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische klachten. Binnen de groep werkt onze opdrachtgever samen met andere specialismen op het gebied van psychiatrie, verslavingszorg en mentale gezondheid. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Dit is een ZZP-opdracht voor 24 tot 36 uur per week. Vast tarief € 95,00 per uur, exclusief reiskosten.
