Over de functie In de functie van verpleegkundig specialist GGZ werk je als regiebehandelaar binnen een deskundig en enthousiast multidisciplinair behandelteam. Met jouw expertise op het gebied van psychiatrie, somati ek en verpleegkundige zorg lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de behandeling van cliënten met complexe en meervoudige GGZ-problematiek. Je combineert diagnostiek, behandeling en regiebehandelaarschap en werkt nauw samen met de cliënt en verschillende disciplines om te komen tot passende en duurzame behandeling: onze zogenoemde U-turn. Als verpleegkundig specialist GGZ bij U-center: - Ben je regiebehandelaar en voer je screenings- en intakeonderzoeken uit. Je verricht diagnostiek en stelt, binnen de geldende wettelijke kaders, indicaties en diagnoses voor behandeling en begeleiding; - Signaleer en beoordeel je somatische en psychopathologische problematiek in relatie tot het psychisch functioneren van de cliënt. Samen met de cliënt en de mentor stel je het behandelplan op en geef je richting aan de uitvoering en evaluatie daarvan; - Voer je behandelingen uit binnen jouw expertisegebied, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van EMDR, CGT en/of verslavingsproblematiek; - Werk je intensief samen binnen het multidisciplinaire behandelteam en lever je vanuit jouw expertise een bijdrage aan het behandelbeleid, de kwaliteit en de continuïteit van de zorg; - Coach en begeleid je collega-behandelaren bij complexe casuïstiek en deel je jouw kennis en expertise binnen het team; - Draag je vanuit jouw deskundigheid bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze b...
