Ben jij een Verpleegkundig Specialist die graag werkt met ouderen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek binnen de specialistische GGZ? Wil jij jouw expertise inzetten binnen een organisatie waar herstelgericht werken, multidisciplinaire samenwerking en outreachende zorg centraal staan? Voor een grootschalige GGZ-instelling in Amstelveen zoeken wij een betrokken Verpleegkundig Specialist die energie krijgt van inhoudelijke uitdaging, werken met complexe casuïstiek en het leveren van passende zorg aan een kwetsbare doelgroep.

Wat ga je doen als Verpleegkundig Specialist?

Als Verpleegkundig Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van specialistische behandeling en begeleiding binnen een FACT Ouderen-team. Je werkt met cliënten van 65 jaar en ouder die te maken hebben met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen, vaak in combinatie met complexe problematiek op meerdere levensgebieden en in sommige gevallen cognitieve stoornissen.

Je treedt op als regiebehandelaar en bent betrokken bij diagnostiek, behandeling, zorgcoördinatie en het opstellen en evalueren van behandelplannen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met cliënten en hun naasten, waarbij herstel, kwaliteit van leven en het versterken van zelfredzaamheid centraal staan binnen het behandelproces.
