Je combineert medische deskundigheid met persoonlijke aandacht en vervult een belangrijke rol als regiebehandelaar. Je stelt behandelplannen op, coördineert de uitvoering ervan en bewaakt de voortgang van behandelingen. Daarnaast voer je intakegesprekken en diagnostiek uit, schrijf je medicatie voor en werk je nauw samen met familie en naasten om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Je neemt het voortouw in zorgafstemmingsoverleggen en fungeert als verbindende factor tussen cliënt, naasten en behandelteam. Binnen deze functie krijg je veel ruimte om mee te denken over innovatie en kwaliteitsverbetering van zorgprocessen. Ook lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de begeleiding en ontwikkeling van collega's en verpleegkundigen in opleiding. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar samenwerking, humor en een veilige werksfeer centraal staan. Over de organisatie Via Corparis ga je aan de slag binnen een gespecialiseerde klinische setting voor ouderen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Je werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit onder andere psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, psychologen, verpleegkundigen en andere behandelaren.
