Ben jij een verpleegkundig specialist GGZ met een passie voor forensische zorg? Werk jij graag in een dynamische, betekenisvolle omgeving waar zorg en veiligheid hand in hand gaan? Bij Rooyse Wissel krijg jij de kans om een echte impact te maken voor forensische cliënten die complexe psychische en psychiatrische zorg nodig hebben. Kom ons team versterken in Roermond!

Wat ga jij doen? Als verpleegkundig specialist GGZ ben jij regiebehandelaar voor jouw caseload. Je ontwikkelt en volgt behandelplannen waarbij je altijd zorgt voor effectieve zorg met een focus op risicomanagement. Jij zorgt dat cliënten, of het nu thuis of op de polikliniek is, de beste zorg krijgen.

Daarnaast:

- Werk je samen met de psychiater om het medicatiebeleid in goede banen te leiden.

- Onderhoud je nauwe contacten met verwijzers en ketenpartners om de zorg optimaal te coördineren.

- Jij draait mee in het multidisciplinair overleg (MDO) en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg binnen het ambulant behandelsysteem.

- Jij biedt zorg in de eigen omgeving van de cliënt, inclusief huisbezoeken waar nodig.

Wat bieden wij jou? Bij de Rooyse Wissel werk je in een uitdagende en dynamische omgeving waar jij écht het verschil maakt in de forensische zorg van Limburg en Noord-Brabant.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten:

- Salaris op basis van ervaring, schaal 65 tussen €5.294,- en €6.918,- bruto per maand (36 uur).

- 166 vakantie-uren per jaar en 35 verlofuren in de vorm van een levensfasebudget.

- Reiskostenvergoeding (tijdelijk verhoogd naar €0,25/km), forensische bonus in november en eindejaarsuitkering.

- Balansbudget voor bijvoorbeeld opleidingen, extra verlof of als bruto loon.

- De kans op een langdurig dienstverband met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en groei.
