Verpleegkundig Specialist (i.o.) Wondzorg ZorgBrug B.V. ZorgBrug B.V. is op zoek naar een Verpleegkundig Specialist (i.o.) Wondzorg - Parttime - HBO - € 3471 - € 5230 per maand Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundig Specialist (i.o.) ben je onderdeel van de vakgroep "DeWis" (Decubitus, Wond-, Incontinentie- en Stomazorg). Deze vakgroep bestaat uit 9 wondconsulenten en/of wondverpleegkundigen en 2 verpleegkundig specialisten. De vakgroep is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en uitvoering van de transmurale wond- , incontinentie- en stomazorg en werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines in diverse multidisciplinaire teams in de 1e en 2e lijn. Specifiek aandachtsgebied voor de Verpleegkundig Specialist (i.o.) Wondzorg is meewerken aan het ontwikkelen van de integrale wondzorg en deze zorg verder vormgeven in de regio. Daarnaast werk je actief mee met het vormgeven van de zorg als verpleegkundig specialist in de eerste lijn. Je bent verantwoordelijke voor de cliëntenzorg en begeleiding zowel op de polikliniek als bij cliënten thuis. Je stelt een diagnose en maakt, voert uit en evalueert behandelplannen voor cliënten met (complexe/ acute) wonden. Je voert kleine verrichtingen uit, zorgt voor aanvullende diagnostiek, verzorgt aanvragen en interpreteert onderzoeken. Je bent de vraagbaak voor collega zorgverleners in ziekenhuis, thuiszorg en overige zorgverleners in de regio. Je werkt mee aan innovatie en beleidsontwikkeling. Daarnaast maak je gebruik van of werk je mee aan onderzoeken, geef je scholing en deskundigheidsbevordering in zowel het ziekenhuis als in de regio en neem je deel aan regionale of landelijke netwerken.
