Verpleegkundig specialist nazorg voor kinderen met ernstige verwondingen. - 1 jaar met uitzicht op onbepaalde tijd - Salaris: €4.185-€6.419 per month Ben jij een verpleegkundig specialist die graag langdurige zorgrelaties opbouwt en kinderen en hun ouders begeleidt tijdens het herstelproces? Heb jij affiniteit met complexe nazorg, psychosociale begeleiding en multidisciplinaire samenwerking? Maak impact op het leven van kinderen en hun gezinnen. Voor het Radboudumc Expertisecentrum voor Kindertrauma- en brandwondenzorg zoeken wij een V erpleegkundig Specialist nazorg voor kinderen met ernstige verwondingen . Het is een functie die betrekkelijk nieuw is en nog ingebed dient te worden binnen het Expertisecentrum kindertrauma en brandwondenzorg binnen het Amalia kinderziekenhuis. Dat vraagt een bepaalde mate van creativiteit, pro-activiteit maar ook lef en durf. Daar sta je niet alleen in, samen met diverse collega's van verschillende disciplines en vanuit diverse afdelingen krijg je de kans om dat verder te mogen ontwikkelen. Bij aanvang van je nieuwe functie zul je je primair richten op de nazorg van kinderen (en hun familie) met (ernstige) brandwonden daarna richt je je ook op kinderen met neurotrauma. Daarnaast krijg je een prominente rol in de verdere integratie van de kinderbrandwonden poli. Deze is nu fysiek onder gebracht bij de volwassen poli maar moet verplaatst worden naar de meer kindvriendelijke omgeving van het Amalia kinderziekenhuis. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Klinische en poliklinische zorg: - Het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige nazorgconsulten. - Het monitoren van het herstelproces en het signaleren van fysieke, psychosociale en cognitieve gevolgen van letsel. - Het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van behandel- en begeleidingsplannen. - Het voorschrijven van medicatie en uitvoeren van verpleegkundige en medische handelingen binnen je bevoegdheid. - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van kinderen, ouders en verzo...
