16 - 24 uur Als verpleegkundig specialist GGZ op de Steiger kun je bij uitstek gevolg geven aan het domein van de VS; omgaan met de gevolgen die de stoornis met zich meebrengt. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met disciplines vanuit de psychologie, verpleegkunde en agogiek. Daarnaast is er een psychiater verbonden aan de Steiger. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om invulling te geven aan je rol als regiebehandelaar. Dit kan bestaan uit zowel diagnostiek als behandeling. Het therapeutisch aanbod bestaat onder andere uit diverse soorten gedrags- en traumatherapie, vaktherapieën, maar bijvoorbeeld ook uit leefstijlinterventies en farmacotherapie. Behandelingen voer je samen uit met een coördinerend behandelaar. Samen zorg je voor je cliënt en verdeel je de taken. Daardoor heb jij meer tijd beschikbaar voor je cliënten en geef je de coördinerend behandelaar ruimte om zich te ontplooien. We hebben een geweldig team op het secretariaat dat je ondersteunt in je werkzaamheden. Samen met je VS collega draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de farmacotherapie op de locatie die bestaat uit een polikliniek, dagbehandeling en kliniek. Je werkt samen met een (somatische)verpleegkundige, een psychiater, verpleegkundig specialisten GGZ en andere professionals. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Farmacotherapie binnen de geldende standaarden en richtlijnen. - Verrichten van intakes en (proces) diagnostiek. - Verrichten van consultatie intern en extern. - Het opstellen van en uitvoering geven aan behandelplannen. - Het werken met en ontwikkelen van standaarden, richtlijnen en protocollen. - Je coacht en werkt samen met je collega's. - Binnen Yulius verrichten verpleegkundig specialisten crisisdiensten middels een rooster en op basis van de CAO afspraken.
