Verpleegkundig Specialist (S) GGZ Gevraagd - Verpleegkundig specialist GGZ voor 16 uur - 36 uur Aanbod - In overleg behoort een vast contract tot de mogelijkheden - Opleidingsbudget, Pensioenregeling Vacatureomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een Verpleegkundig specialist GGZ voor 16 uur tot 36 uur per week. Jouw belangrijkste taak is het stellen van diagnoses, waarna je verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het opstellen van het behandelplan en de eventuele coördinatie van dat plan. Daarnaast zorg je voor medicatietrajecten, controles en de psychiatrische behandeling van de cliënten die in zorg zijn. Tevens ben je nauw betrokken bij het MDO (multidisciplinair overleg) waarin de behandelvoorstellen en de voortgang van behandelingen worden besproken. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een verpleegkundig specialist die niet alleen op de praktijk aanwezig is, maar ook flexibel is en beeldbelt en soms ambulant werkt als dat echt even nodig is. Iemand die blended-care kan geven en kan werken met meerdere systemen: Embloom, EPD, Teams. We zoeken een Verpleegkundig specialist die onze methodiek van Presentie * ondersteunt in de praktijk en verder helpt ontwikkelen. * Presentie: Presentie is het aandachtig aanwezig zijn in het leven van anderen, met respect voor hun unieke identiteit en ervaringen. Het draait om het oprechte contact en de betrokkenheid bij mensen, waarbij de relatie en het begrip voor de ander centraal staan. In essentie gaat presentie om het delen van het moment en het bieden van een luisterend oor, met als doel de ander te ondersteunen in zijn of haar welzijn. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat met ons samenwerken. Jij voert op jouw passendste wijze regie over de behandelingen. Je staat open voor alle ideeën en denkt goed mee in het werken vanuit onze visie.
