Over ons - Over Parnassia Groep - Collega's over Parnassia Groep Verpleegkundig specialist Volwassenen Antes is voor het ambulante GGZ-team op de Oudedijk in Rotterdam op zoek naar een verpleegkundig specialist. Het GGZ-team Rotterdam Oost behandelt cliënten met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening, waarbij psychiatrische en verslavingsproblematiek integraal worden benaderd. Het multidisciplinaire team werkt met primair behandelaren en regiebehandelaren om herstelgerichte en samenhangende zorg te bieden. Ben jij de enthousiaste verpleegkundig specialist die ons team komt versterken? Dit ga je doen Dit multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit verpleegkundigen, agogen, een psycholoog, een gz-psycholoog, een ervaringswerker en een psychiater. De werkzaamheden: - voeren van medische intake- en screeningsgesprekken en, indien nodig, verrichten van aanvullend diagnostisch onderzoek; - uitvoeren en evalueren van behandelingen conform het behandelplan en de geldende richtlijnen; - deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire cliënt- en casuïstiekbesprekingen en bijdragen aan gezamenlijke besluitvorming; - bijdragen aan beleidsontwikkeling en participeren in diverse overleg- en samenwerkingsverbanden op lokaal en regionaal niveau; - begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen van verpleegkundigen in opleiding; Dit ben jij - een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundig specialist ggz en een geldige BIG-registratie; - deskundigheid op het gebied van EPA-problematiek of aantoonbare affiniteit met deze doelgroep; - sterk analytisch vermogen, een goed inschattingsvermogen en het vermogen om op basis van ervaring, observaties en vakinhoudelijke kennis weloverwogen keuzes te maken; - uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, een flexibele houding en het vermogen om ook in complexe of onverwachte situaties oplossingsgericht te handelen.
