Eerst de mens zien. Dan de ziekte. Je behandelt mensen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) in een klinische setting met langdurige zorgtrajecten. Met de focus op herstel van het gewone leven (hiervoor gebruiken we de Triple C en ART methodiek) behandel je onze patiënten. Bij VKB krijg jij de kans om een relatie met hen op te bouwen en binnen ons multidisciplinaire team, de pieken en dalen mee te maken. Samen vieren we de successen - al zijn dit soms kleine stappen richting herstel. Als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ ben je regiebehandelaar en schakel je medische én verpleegkundige expertise met elkaar. Je combineert directe patiëntenzorg met overstijgende taken binnen het behandelbeleid. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waarin intensieve samenwerking centraal staat - met psychiaters, psychologen, vaktherapeuten en verpleegkundigen. Ieder vanuit zijn of haar eigen expertise, met één gezamenlijk doel: de best passende zorg bieden aan onze patiënten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Diagnostiek, farmacotherapeutische behandeling, en het opstellen en uitvoeren van behandelplannen. - Het coördineren van zorgtrajecten in nauwe samenwerking met psychiaters, psychologen, vaktherapeuten en het verpleegkundig team. - Het coachen van collega's binnen het 24-uurs team, en het geven van klinische lessen. - Het bevorderen van deskundigheid en het meewerken aan innovatie en kwaliteitsontwikkeling, bijvoorbeeld door de implementatie van herstelgerichte methodieken als ART, DITSMI of Triple C. - Het betrekken van het netwerk van de patiënt bij het herstelproces. - Naast je werk bij VKB draai je enkele keren per maand mee in de 24-...
