Verpleegkundig Specialist Wondzorg - Zaandijk - Uren 32 - 36 - € 5.214,66 - € 7.263,94 Wondzorg is zoveel meer dan het behandelen van een wond; het vraagt om klinisch redeneren, regievoering en het overzien van complexe zorgvragen binnen én buiten de muren van de organisatie. Bij Evean brengen wij deze expertise samen in het Wond Expertisecentrum (WEC). Het betreft een tijdelijke functie ter vervanging van een collega tijdens zwangerschapsverlof. Voor ons WEC zoeken wij een Verpleegkundig Specialist Wondzorg die zowel intramuraal als extramuraal werkt en vanuit medische én verpleegkundige expertise de regie voert over complexe wondzorgtrajecten. Samen verbeteren we de zorg en verbinden we mensen in de hele zorgketen. Jij gaat werken binnen het Wond Expertisecentrum (WEC) van Evean, centraal gevestigd in Koog aan de Zaan. Het WEC voert de regie over cliënten met (een risico op) complexe wondproblematiek en bestaat uit drie kerngebieden: - Diagnostiek & behandeling; - Uitvoering en borging van het wondzorgplan; - Deskundigheidsbevordering, scholing & innovatie binnen de wondzorg. Als verpleegkundig specialist wondzorg werk je intra- én extramuraal en ben je actief in een groot werkgebied: van Amsterdam en Zaandam tot Purmerend, Alkmaar, Hoorn en Den Helder. Je krijgt een eigen aandachtsgebied dat zoveel mogelijk aansluit bij jouw wensen en expertise. Het team bestaat uit hooggespecialiseerde collega's die zich onderscheiden door snelle, kwalitatieve en cliëntgerichte wondzorg, altijd in nauwe samenwerking met huisartsen, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, ziekenhuizen en wijkverpleging....
