Jij bent een Verpleegkundige die stevig in je schoenen staat en energie krijgt van het werken in de ouderenzorg. Jij ziet niet alleen de zorgvraag, maar vooral de mens erachter. Je gaat aan de slag op een kleinschalige, huiselijke woonzorglocatie in Assen, op korte afstand van het centrum. Hier wonen ouderen met uiteenlopende zorgvragen, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. De locatie combineert wonen, zorg en welzijn. Bewoners hebben een eigen plek, maar kunnen altijd rekenen op ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is. Er is veel aandacht voor structuur, veiligheid en een prettige daginvulling, met ruimte voor activiteiten en persoonlijk contact. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van zorgprofessionals waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Samen stem je de zorg af, bespreek je veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van bewoners en zorg je voor continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg. In jouw rol heb je een belangrijke coördinerende en uitvoerende functie. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, bewaakt zorgplannen en bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega's en behandelaren. Tegelijkertijd blijf je dicht bij de bewoner staan en zorg je voor persoonlijke aandacht in de dagelijkse zorgmomenten. Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundige ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen, coördineren en bewaken van de zorg op de afdeling. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en zorgt ervoor dat het zorgplan wordt opgevolgd en waar nodig wordt bijgesteld. Je observeert bewoners nauwkeurig en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag of welzijn.
