Als verpleegkundige met EVV-taken leer je bewoners kennen en kijk je samen met hen en hun naasten naar hun wensen en mogelijkheden. Zo help je bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden. Samen met de bewoner of diens vertegenwoordiger stel je het zorgleefplan op. Je verleent persoonlijke en verpleegkundige zorg, begeleidt bewoners en stemt de zorg af met collega's en andere zorgverleners. Daarbij houd je in de gaten of de afspraken uit het zorgleefplan worden uitgevoerd en of de zorg nog aansluit bij wat de bewoner nodig heeft. Als verpleegkundige EVV... - ben je in het bezit van diploma mbo verpleegkunde - bij voorkeur heb je al werkervaring als EVV-er - kan je zelfstandig werken, omgaan met een wisselende werkdruk en snel handelen in onverwachte situaties - ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en de uitvoering van de zorg voor toegewezen bewoners - vind jij het belangrijk om goed contact te onderhouden met de familie van de bewoners - begeleid je leerlingen en stagiairs - stimuleer je bewoners in hun zelfzorg aan de hand van een zorgplan, die samen met de bewoner wordt opgesteld en regelmatig wordt besproken binnen het multidisc...
