Verpleegkundige Flexpool Beatrixziekenhuis Verpleging Voor verpleegkundigen in ons flexteam in het Beatrixziekenhuis zijn er verschillende contractmogelijkheden. Hoe flexibeler je bent, hoe meer werk we voor je hebben. Afhankelijk van je contractgrootte reageer je zelf op openstaande diensten of krijg je vooraf een rooster. Als verpleegkundige in de flex verleen je zorg aan veel verschillende patiënten. Je werkt je voornamelijk dag- en avonddiensten en ook de duur van de diensten kan verschillend zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als je werkt vanuit ons flexteam dan kun jij kiezen. Of je reageert zelf op openstaande diensten of je krijgt vooraf een rooster. Je werkt in het ziekenhuis op een afdeling ter vervanging van ziekte of in verband met een hoge zorgzwaarte. Je collega's zijn dus altijd blij met je komst. Dit kan zijn op de afdelingen Chirurgie, Interne geneeskunde/MDL, Longgeneeskunde, Orthopedie/Gynaecologie/Urologie, Cardiologie/Neurologie. Je voert handelingen uit die behoren bij dat specialisme en passen binnen het verpleegkundig proces. Waar ga je werken? Het Beatrixziekenhuis is een regionaal ziekenhuis in Gorinchem met een polikliniek in Leerdam. Moderne medische voorzieningen, kwaliteit van zorg en het brede aanbod van specialismen, zijn karakteristiek voor het ziekenhuis.
