Je biedt liefdevolle en deskundige zorg, dicht bij de cliënt. Je luistert, signaleert en handelt daadkrachtig. Zo zorg je ervoor dat cliënten zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. Je verricht verpleegkundige en verpleegtechnische handelingen, bewaakt de gezondheidssituatie van cliënten en signaleert veranderingen tijdig. Wanneer dat nodig is, onderneem je direct actie. Je werkt verbindend samen met collega's, huisartsen, praktijkondersteuners, de trombosedienst en andere betrokken zorgverleners om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en thema's zoals palliatieve en terminale zorg, wondzorg, ketenzorg, technologische ontwikkelingen in de thuiszorg en culturele diversiteit. Daarnaast denk je mee over de kwaliteit van zorg, deel je jouw deskundigheid met collega's en draag je bij aan een professionele en lerende werkomgeving. Volg je de opleiding Verpleegkunde? Dan kun je bij ons waardevolle praktijkervaring opdoen met een bijbaan in de avonden, weekenden of vakanties. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een deskundige verpleegkundige in de praktijk. Het aantal uren stemmen we graag af op jouw wensen en mogelijkheden.
