Waar je te maken hebt met hoogcomplexe en acute neurologische zorgvragen? Dan nodigen wij jou graag uit om een dag mee te lopen op de Neurocare Unit. Heb je nog geen ervaring in de neurologie, maar wel interesse om je hierin te ontwikkelen? Geen probleem! Start met werken op de neurologieafdeling, zie vacature, en groei mee in een vakgebied vol uitdagingen van hoogcomplexe zorgvragen Wat ga je doen? Ons Neurocentrum is een van de speerpunten binnen HMC. We bieden topzorg op het gebied van neurovasculaire en neurochirurgische aandoeningen, met een divers patiëntenaanbod. Vooral acute neurologische en postoperatieve neurochirurgische patiënten vinden hier de specialistische zorg die ze nodig hebben. Op de afdeling Neurologie vind je de Neurocare Unit (NCU), waar patiënten 24/7 intensief worden bewaakt met continue monitoring. Voor deze gespecialiseerde afdeling zoeken wij enthousiaste en leergierige verpleegkundigen die willen starten met de Neurocare-scholing.Geen dag is hier hetzelfde. Wij ontvangen patiënten uit de hele regio met acute en hoogcomplexe zorgvragen, voor behandelingen en ingrepen die alleen bij HMC plaatsvinden. Je werkt met een breed scala aan neurologische aandoeningen: van herseninfarcten en hersenbloedingen tot auto-immuunaandoeningen zoals Guillain-Barré. Je ontwikkelt je klinisch redeneren, leert werken met ritmemonitoring en blijft je kennis voortdurend uitbreiden. Patiënten verblijven gemiddeld 24 tot 48 uur op de NCU, waardoor de zorg dynamisch en afwisselend is, met zowel jonge als oudere patiënten. R...
