Je werkt op meerdere afdelingen en vindt elke keer snel je draai. Je werkt meerdere diensten of wordt voor een langere periode aan een afdeling gekoppeld. De afdelingen werken nauw samen en delen kennis en ervaring zodat er snel en effectief kan worden ingespeeld op elke zorgvraag. De patiënt staat centraal en kwaliteit van zorg is altijd het uitgangspunt. Door de verschillende ziektebeelden is je werk afwisselend en uitdagend. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige verpleegkundige zorg en het aanspreekpunt voor familie en betrokken disciplines. Bij een langere plaatsing begeleid je ook leerlingen en stagiaires. De afdeling Flexbureau inZ is het interne uitzendbureau van het Dijklander Ziekenhuis. Wij zorgen dat er altijd voldoende gekwalificeerd personeel is om in te spelen op de wisselende zorgvraag. Of je nu starter of ervaren verpleegkundige bent: bij ons krijg je volop ruimte om te groeien. Je start met een duidelijk scholingsprogramma en maakt kennis met verschillende specialismen. Samen kijken we welke afdeling het beste bij jou past. Tijdens het traject houden we regelmatig voortgangsgesprekken en sturen we bij waar nodig zodat jij je optimaal kunt ontwikkelen. Je kunt werken in verschillende roostervormen en houdt zelf regie over je rooster waardoor werk en privé goed te combineren is: één van de pluspunten van flexibel werken .
