Binnen de geriatrische revalidatiezorg begeleid je cliënten tijdens hun herstel met één belangrijk doel: zo zelfstandig en veilig mogelijk weer naar huis. Als Verpleegkundige binnen de GRZ werk je op een dynamische afdeling waar cliënten tijdelijk verblijven om te revalideren. Nieuwe opnames en ontslagen volgen elkaar regelmatig op. Jij begeleidt de revalidant gedurende dit traject en zorgt samen met het team dat de zorg goed aansluit bij de persoonlijke hersteldoelen. In deze functie komt jouw verpleegkundige expertise volop aan bod. Je voert uiteenlopende en complexe verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, waaronder bijvoorbeeld infusietherapie, en combineert directe zorg met coördinerende taken. Als Verpleegkundige werk je multidisciplinair samen met onder andere fysiotherapeuten en ergotherapeuten. Zo draag je bij aan een zo soepel mogelijke terugkeer naar huis.
