Huis Sterre is een warm en kleinschalig woonzorgcentrum in het hart van Scherpenheuvel, waar we zorg bieden vanuit een menselijk en persoonlijk engagement. Bij Huis Sterre bieden we meer dan enkel zorg; we creëren een warme thuis voor onze bewoners. Als verpleegkundige bij ons ben jij een essentiële schakel in het leven van de bewoners. Samen met je collega’s luister je naar hun levensverhaal, hun wensen en behoeften, en zorg je ervoor dat iedere bewoner zorg op maat krijgt.

Je biedt niet enkel professionele verpleegkundige zorg, maar hebt ook oog voor het psychosociaal welzijn van onze bewoners. Jij maakt het verschil door hun levenskwaliteit te verbeteren en hen het gevoel te geven dat ze gehoord en gewaardeerd worden.

Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de kwaliteitsvolle zorgverlening die we in Huis Sterre hoog in het vaandel dragen. We vinden het belangrijk dat jij blijft groeien in je functie, en daarom krijg je volop de kans om je kennis en vaardigheden te verruimen via werkgroepen en opleidingen.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of HBO5) op zak – dat is je stevige basis. Maar wat ons écht raakt, is jouw warme kijk op zorg.

  • Jij gelooft dat goede zorg méér is dan alleen het verpleegtechnische – je vertrekt vanuit de mens achter de zorgvraag.
  • Met jouw empathie en luisterend oor weet je precies wat bewoners nodig hebben om zich veilig, gezien en gewaardeerd te voelen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met een hart, die vlot samenwerkt binnen een multidisciplinair team en mee bouwt aan een warme, professionele werksfeer.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op, denkt actief mee en brengt met plezier nieuwe ideeën aan om de zorg nog beter en persoonlijker te maken.
