Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundige ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze bewoners. Je biedt respectvolle, kwaliteitsvolle zorg waarbij liefde en begrip vooropstaan.

Verpleegkundige zorg: Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verzorging, waaronder het voorbereiden en toedienen van medicatie, inspuitingen, bloedafnames en wondzorg.

Observeren en inschatten: Je hebt een scherp oog voor de gezondheid en het welzijn van de bewoners en speelt snel in op veranderende situaties.

Warmte brengen: Je helpt mee aan een waardevol en gelukkig verblijf voor elke bewoner.

Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team waarin openheid en collegialiteit centraal staan.

Wie ben jij¿

Je hebt een diploma in de verpleegkunde.

Je hebt een hart voor ouderen, luistert echt naar hun noden en toont oprecht begrip.

Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en stressbestendig.

Je werkt graag verantwoordelijk en in teamverband, en je communicatieve vaardigheden zijn top.

Basiskennis van de computer is een pluspunt.

Je bent punctueel en flexibel inzetbaar met een variabel uurrooster.
