Juist de combinatie van verslaving en psychiatrische problematiek maakt jouw werk als verpleegkundige uitdagend, afwisselend en van grote betekenis. Zo werk jij Je werkt in onze kliniek in Almere waar volwassenen van 18 jaar en ouder worden opgenomen vanwege verslavingsproblematiek. Vaak is er daarnaast sprake van bijkomende psychiatrische of cognitieve problematiek, zoals LVB, persoonlijkheidsproblematiek of ontwikkelingsstoornissen. Dat vraagt om verpleegkundigen die methodisch werken, klinisch scherp zijn en overzicht houden. Onze kliniek bestaat uit twee afdelingen. Detox-afdeling Op de detox afdeling worden cliënten opgenomen om te ontwennen van middelengebruik. Je werkt in een medisch intensieve setting waarbij je cliënten ondersteunt en begeleid bij hun proces naar nuchter zijn. Je observeert en monitort onttrekkingsverschijnselen en past interventies toe om deze dragelijk te houden voor de cliënt. Je verricht verpleegtechnische en voorbehouden handelingen conform de Wet BIG. Je signaleert veranderingen tijdig en schakelt met arts of regiebehandelaar wanneer dat nodig is. Je rapporteert systematisch en bespreekt je bevindingen in het multidisciplinair overleg. De verblijfsduur is relatief kort en de cliëntenpopulatie wisselt regelmatig. Dat vraagt klinisch inzicht, duidelijke communicatie met cliënt, diens naasten en verschillende hulpverleners. Voortgezette klinische behandeling (KB) Een deel van de cliënten stroomt na de detox opname door naar onze klinische vervolgbehandeling. Hier werken cliënten aan inzicht in hun verslaving en zichzelf, terugvalpreventie en het heropbouwen van hun leven na de verslaving. Je stelt verpleegplannen op als onderdeel van het behandelplan en bewaakt de uitvoering daarvan. Je treedt op als persoonlijk begeleider en coördineert de verpleegkundige zorg rondom...
