Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige in onze flexpool werk je op verschillende kleinschalige woonzorglocaties, zoals in Winterswijk, Varsseveld, Aalten, Doetinchem, Lochem en Eibergen. Hier bieden we mensen met dementie een echt 'thuisgevoel'. De bewoners bepalen hoe de dag verloopt, net zoals zij dit hun hele leven hebben gedaan. Wij stimuleren hen bij wat ze zelf (nog) kunnen, maar we zijn er als ze ons nodig hebben. Wat betekent dit voor jou? Tijdens jouw verantwoordelijke diensten houd jij het overzicht op de werkvloer en adviseer jij collega's wat ze het beste kunnen doen. Ook voer jij voorbehouden en risicovolle handelingen uit. Als er extra zorg nodig is, ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor specialisten zoals de fysiotherapeut en de specialist ouderengeneeskunde. Omdat je regelmatig op dezelfde locaties werkt, leer jij de bewoners steeds beter kennen. En natuurlijk staan jouw collega's altijd voor je klaar.
