In het kort: - 20 - 32 uur - Onbepaalde tijd - Kampen, De Vijverhof Aandacht Daadkracht Uitdagend Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige (contactverzorgende) verricht je verpleegtechnische handelingen en word je ingezet in de verpleegkundige dienst binnen de Vijverhof. Als verpleegkundige treed je coördinerend op en kun je overstijgend denken. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Dit doe je door: - zorg te verlenen aan cliënten zoals afgesproken in het individuele zorgplan, waarbij gewerkt wordt volgens de geldende visie, methodieken en richtlijnen; - de kwaliteit van zorg, de organisatie en van de afdeling te bewaken en bevorderden; - mee te denken over nieuwe ontwikkelingen en zorg gerelateerde vraagstukken; - als eindverantwoordelijke in de dienst collega's te begeleiden/coachen bij het werk. Waar ga je werken? In de Vijverhof in Kampen bieden wij verpleging en verzorging op maat, in mooie, ruime zorgappartementen. We zijn een thuis voor onze cliënten en een ontmoetingsplaats voor ouderen uit de wijk. Natuurlijk staat goede zorg bij ons voorop. We bieden somatische verzorgingshuiszorg, verpleeghuiszorg en VPT . Je komt te werken op team 3. Wie ben jij? Naast dat jij je goed kunt verplaatsen in de cliënt, tactisch, flexibel en collegiaal bent, breng jij het volgende mee: - een diploma Verpleegkundige niveau 4 of hoger; - een geldige BIG-registratie; - ervaring in de zorg. Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Wat bieden wij? - bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.981,98 en € 4.245,81 op basis van 36 uur (functiegroep 45 CAO VVT); - onbepaalde tijd contract voor 20-32 uur per week, uren zijn in overleg; - 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaa...
