The posting

Voor een warm en modern woonzorgcentrum in de regio Koksijde zijn wij op zoek naar een verpleegkundige met goesting die deeltijds of voltijds wilt werken.

Het WZC is op een boogscheut gelegen van de zee en is recent vernieuwd waardoor alle kamers ruim zijn en beschikken over een eigen douche. Je komt daarnaast ook nog eens terecht in een super leuk en hecht team!

Jij kiest zelf het werkritme dat bij jouw priveleven past: er wordt een contract van onbepaalde duur aangeboden waarbij een voltijdse of deeltijdse tewerkstelling volledig bespreekbaar is. Je draait mee in een vast ritme van 1 werkend weekend op 2.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Verpleegkunde (Bachelor, HBO5 of Basisverpleegkundige).
  • Je beschikt over een officieel en geldig visum als verpleegkundige (verplicht).
  • Je hebt een goede talenkennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans.
  • Samenwerken zit ingebakken in je DNA; je bent een betrouwbare en communicatieve teamplayer.

Als verpleegkundige neem je de regie over de medische en kwalitatieve opvolging op de afdeling:

  • Je observeert de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en staat in voor een veilige medicatiebedeling.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse verzorging en waarborgt het fysieke en emotionele comfort.
  • Je werkt constructief samen binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je houdt de verpleegkundige dossiers accuraat en up-to-date.
  • Zorgkundige taken hoef je in het algemeen niet te doen, behalve bij hoge nood.
