Wil jij als verpleegkundige méér doen dan alleen verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren? Bij Gors combineer je directe cliëntenzorg met een coachende en coördinerende rol. Je werkt op verschillende locaties in Zeeland, ondersteunt collega's bij verpleegkundige vraagstukken en draagt bij aan goede en veilige zorg voor mensen met een beperking. Je krijgt daarbij veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je maakt deel uit van een deskundig verpleegkundig team waarin je met elkaar kunt overleggen en van elkaar kunt leren. Verpleegkundige 4 (24 uur) Zeeland Hier ga je werken Je komt terecht in een verpleegkundig team van ongeveer tien collega's. Het verpleegkundig team is onderdeel van de medische dienst. Deze dienst zijn we op dit moment nog aan het opbouwen en vormgeven. Vanuit dit team ondersteunen jullie verschillende locaties van Gors in Zeeland, zowel overdag als de avond en in de weekenden. Dat maakt je werk afwisselend. De ene keer ligt de nadruk op een concrete verpleegkundige zorgvraag, terwijl je op een ander moment een collega begeleidt bij een verpleegtechnische handeling of meedenkt over de zorg rondom een cliënt. Je werkt zelfstandig en krijgt de ruimte om vanuit jouw verpleegkundige expertise keuzes te maken. Tegelijkertijd heb je altijd collega-verpleegkundigen om mee te overleggen wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt. Dit ga je doen Als verpleegkundige 4 ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor verpleegkundige zorg binnen Gors. Je verleent zelf verpleegkundige zorg op verschillende locaties en ondersteunt begeleiders en andere collega's bij medische en verpleegkundige vraagstukken. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en hebt daarnaast een duidelijke coachende rol. Zo begeleid je medewerkers bij het uitvoeren van handelingen in de praktijk en neem je toetsen af wanneer zij hiervoor bekwaam moeten worden of blijven.
