Door het toenemen van de complexiteit van zorgvragen bij cliënten is er een sterk groeiende behoefte aan medewerkers op verpleegkundig niveau. Wij verwachten dat je beschikt over een kritische blik en actief meedenkt in verbeterprocessen en de kwaliteit van zorg op de afdeling. Geboden wordt Jouw contract en salaris Als verpleegkundige krijg je een contract waarbij het urenoverleg in overleg met jou gaat. Je werkt volgens een wisselend rooster. Je krijgt een salaris conform de cao VVT-FWG 45. Dat is een salaris tussen de € 3.502,45 en € 4.245,84 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur excl. ORT. Daarnaast krijg je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Het wordt uitbetaald bij je salaris van november (lekker vóór de feestdagen dus) plus vakantiegeld van 8%. We bieden je ook de mogelijkheid om je vakantiegeld en/of eindejaarsuitkering maandelijks uit te laten keren; je kunt eenmaal per jaar dit verzoek indienen.
