Iemand die goed kijkt naar wat ouder wordende cliënten nodig hebben en die collega's helpt om samen goede, veilige en warme zorg te bieden. Werk jij graag op een kleinschalige locatie waar intensieve zorg en huiselijkheid samenkomen? En vind je het mooi om jouw verpleegkundige kennis in te zetten voor cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking, ouderdomsvragen en een intensieve verzorgings en verplegingsvraag? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Jouw werkplek De Merelstraat is een moderne en lichte woonlocatie midden in een gezellige woonwijk in Leiderdorp. Hier wonen 18 ouder wordende cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Zij hebben intensieve ondersteuning nodig bij hun dagelijkse zorg, gezondheid, communicatie en welzijn. De locatie bestaat uit twee woningen. Bewoners hebben een eigen studio en kunnen elkaar ontmoeten in de gezamenlijke woonkeuken, activiteitenruimte of binnentuin. Het is een plek waar rust, vertrouwdheid en kleine geluksmomenten belangrijk zijn. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een fijne dag, waarin cliënten zich veilig, gezien en gewaardeerd voelen. Jouw rol als verpleegkundige Als verpleegkundige ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de locatie. Je biedt verpleegkundige zorg, denkt mee over het zorgproces en helpt de kwaliteit van zorg te bewaken. Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat medisch nodig is, maar ook naar comfort, welzijn en wat iemand nog zelf kan. Je merkt kleine veranderingen op.
