Tijdens de overdracht valt je iets op. Een bewoner met dementie reageert anders dan normaal en lijkt meer moeite te hebben met zijn dagelijkse routine. Je observeert, redeneert klinisch en bespreekt je bevindingen met het team. Later denk je mee over hoe de leefomgeving meer rust en bewegingsvrijheid kan bieden. Als Verpleegkundige combineer je directe dementiezorg met coördinatie, kwaliteit en vernieuwing. ? Als Verpleegkundige werk je in de omgeving van de wijk Berg en Bos in Apeldoorn , op een groene locatie vlak bij Paleis Het Loo en de Kroondomeinen. Je biedt zorg aan bewoners met dementie en kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de zorgvraag van vandaag. Met klinisch redeneren herken je veranderingen vroegtijdig en draag je bij aan veilige, persoonsgerichte dementiezorg. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen en verpleegkundige zorg. - Klinisch redeneren en signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag. - Coördineren en bewaken van de zorg rondom bewoners met dementie. - Uitvoeren en ondersteunen van EVV-taken. - Opstellen, evalueren en bijstellen van zorgplannen. - Toedienen en bewaken van medicatie. - Multidisciplinair samenwerken met artsen, behandelaren en andere zorgprofessionals. - Collega's ondersteunen op het gebied van kwaliteit en protocollen. - Meedenken over kwaliteitsverbeteringen en vernieuwingen binnen de dementiezorg. - Bijdragen aan een leefomgeving waarin structuur, veiligheid en passende bewegingsvrijheid centraal staan. ? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot Verpleegkundige (MBO-V of HBO-V). - Je beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie. - Ervaring met dementiezorg is een pre. - Je kunt klinisch redeneren en observaties omzetten...
