Met jouw deskundigheid, oprechte aandacht en gevoel voor onbegrepen gedrag bied je zorg die écht aansluit bij de bewoner. Bij Wilhelmina van Sonsbeeck krijg je de ruimte om jouw verpleegkundige expertise in te zetten én mee te bouwen aan de kwaliteit van zorg. Samen met een betrokken team werk je aan persoonsgerichte zorg, denk je mee over verbeteringen en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Naast het meewerken in de dagelijkse zorg draag je actief bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg binnen je team. Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden, zoekt de samenwerking op met collega's, behandelaren, cliënten en hun naasten en zet jouw verpleegkundig leiderschap in om de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg te bewaken en verder te ontwikkelen. Dit doe je door: - zorg te verlenen volgens het individuele zorgplan, de geldende richtlijnen en de visie van IJsselheem; - als eindverantwoordelijke tijdens je dienst collega's te coachen en ondersteunen; - mee te denken over zorginhoudelijke ontwikkelingen en verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Deze functie is beschikbaar voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Het aantal uren stemmen we graag af op jouw wensen. Waar ga je werken? In de gezellige Zwolse binnenstad ligt Wilhelmina van Sonsbeeck, het sfeervolle zorghuis waar ouderen met dementie kleinschalig wonen. In een huiselijke omgeving en omringd door hun familie en naasten. De locatie bestaat uit drie woningen, waarbij twee woningen bestaan uit 14 bewoners en één woning uit 7 bewoners.
