Je gaat aan de slag binnen de Flexpool, dé plek voor verpleegkundigen die van afwisseling en uitdaging houden. Je wordt ingezet op verschillende verpleegafdelingen in het ziekenhuis, waar patiëntgerichte zorg centraal staat en jij écht het verschil kunt maken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, je ontdekt diverse specialismen, leert steeds nieuwe collega's kennen en verleent zorg aan een grote, gevarieerde patiëntengroep. In dit werk kun je je zelfstandigheid, eigen regie, klinische blik en professionaliteit volop inzetten en juist dat maakt het zo boeiend. Tegelijkertijd werk je in betrokken teams met een open en veilige sfeer waar collega's elkaar altijd ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg aan patiënten. Met jouw kennis, ervaring en oprechte aandacht zorg je ervoor dat de kwaliteit van zorg altijd vooropstaat, na een inwerktraject op maat. Verder: - Zorg je voor een duidelijke en zorgvuldige overdracht aan collega's, zodat de zorg naadloos wordt voortgezet; - Je houdt je vakkennis en vaardigheden up-to-date door bij- en nascholingen te volgen en blijft daarnaast op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundige op mbo of hbo-niveau; - Je hebt enige jaren ervaring als verpleegkundige in een ziekenhuis; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het geen probleem om wisselende diensten te draaien, ook in weekenden en op feestdagen...
